Rental Information for the Penn Hebron Garden Club
We at the PHGC invite YOU to share in the ‘Barn Experience’. The Penn Hebron Garden Club Building continues to be available to the public for event rental. Many residents of Penn Hills tell us that they remember celebrating important milestones in their lives at the clubhouse throughout the years.
If you’ve never seen the clubhouse or it’s been too long since you’ve visited, let us show you the Barn!
Our setting is recommended for adult social gatherings: birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, business meetings, conferences and fundraisers.

Current standard rental rates are as follows:
$285.00 with a $100.00 refundable security/damage deposit for the lower floor (kitchen, banquet space and restrooms, seating for 90). Your 7 hour rental window includes setup and cleanup time.
$370.00 with a $200.00 refundable security/damage deposit for both floors, which adds stage and dance floor. Your 7 hour rental includes setup and cleanup time.
Hourly rates are available with some restrictions. For more information, please ask a volunteer.
At this time we do not rent for teenage or youth-centered parties. Responsible behavior is required to insure that our community may continue to enjoy this resource into the future.
- No smoking is allowed in this historic building.
- We welcome external catering.
- Alcohol is to be served responsibly.
- We have no catering or corking fees. Outside caterers welcome.
- Extensive movement of furniture may incur an additional fee.
All renters are required to sign a rental agreement with the Penn Hebron Garden Club.
